Stay Supported Even After Cherwell’s End-of-Life

With the recent announcement that Cherwell support will only be renewed for customers using the latest version of the software, many organizations are finding themselves in a difficult position. What’s Changing with Cherwell Support?

Ivanti’s decision means that all versions prior to 2023.1 are now considered unsupported and will not be eligible for renewal. Support for version 2023.1 will end in September 2024. Here’s what this means for different customer types:

• Cloud Customers: If you do not upgrade or move to Ivanti Neurons, your cloud environment will be deactivated 30 days after your renewal date.
• On-Premise Customers: Your Cherwell instance can continue running, but Ivanti will no longer provide support.
